Please feel free to refer your patient by:
- sending an email with attached referral to info@nephrologywest.com.au, or
- sending a referral via Healthlink (EDI: nephrwst), or
- faxing a referral to 08 6001 6342
If your patient is facing financial hardship, please specify this in the referral so that a bulk-billed or concessional rate may be offered

We are glad to provide a service to referrers with general advice or advice on how best to approach a specific patient problem. This will help foster a collegiate environment and a streamlined service for patients in the community.
