Prescriptions can only be provided for medications previously prescribed by Dr Sri

Allow up to 5 business days for processing

An administrative fee applies for prescriptions requested outside of scheduled appointments (see Fee Schedule)

New medications or dose changes require an appointment

Collection/Delivery: Prescriptions will be sent as an electronic prescription (token) to your nominated email or mobile number, or faxed/emailed directly to your pharmacy.
